Your UCR Card is encoded to identify you as a resident who is on a Residence Hall board plan and is to be carried in the CARD-KEY HOLDER distributed to you. You must bring your card to all meals. NO CARD, NO ENTRANCE. Your card belongs to you and may not be used by a friend.  Do not deface your UCR Card. You will be required to purchase a new card if the picture is marred, if the card will not work in the reader, or if it is lost. Continually requesting temporary meal passes will result in punitive fines. You are allowed 3 free passes per academic year.
