GUESTS
You are welcome to bring guests with you to any Residential Restaurant for a nominal charge. Guest prices will be available when you move in. Payment for your guest may be made on your Flex Plan, adding funds to your UCR Card, with credit card or cash. Your meal plan, (except Flex Plan) is for your meals only; Guests may not use your meal plan. No one may enter the Residential Restaurants without a meal card or payment for the meal.
For the Commons, guests pay the published prices.
MEAL PLAN CHANGES
The Meal Plan selected is for the entire Academic Year. Changes are permitted during the first two weeks of the Academic Year only. Please submit a Meal Plan Change Request Form at your respective RSO. Sometimes residents have special dietary needs, scheduling problems, or other circumstances, making it necessary to be released entirely from the meal program. All requests for these changes are to be made at your RSO. As all information and documentation need to be reviewed and verified, please allow two weeks for your request to be processed. A Meal Plan Change Form needs to be completed and all instructions for documentation followed.
FEEDBACK
We encourage constructive feedback regarding all services that Dining provides. There are several ways in which you can provide feedback. There is always a manager on duty. If you would like to see something added or there is something not to standards, please bring it to the manager’s attention. This allows us to make immediate corrections. If you would prefer to comment online, you may do so at www.dining.ucr.edu. Please be sure to include the location, date, time and details of the concern. We research all requests.
